Gala Christmas Dinner & Brunch

Brunch

Sunday, November 27, 2005

  • START THE CHRISTMAS SEASON with fine heritage dining and entertainment in the architecturally-stunning and acoustically-superb Royal Alexandra Hall.
  • This will be the first year that the Gala will be held in the restored centrepiece of the new museum site and facilities. After many successful gala dinners from 1983 to 2001 held in the dining car "Argyle" at the former museum site, the museum relocated in 2002, and the new site and facilities were not able to be prepared for a dinner until this year. From a former maximum of 36 in the dining car, we are now able to seat 176 in the Hall at tabled of 8, while also leaving room for the magnificent 1864 Concert Grand Piano, which will be part of the evening, and ‘songbird’ Lorraine Butler.
  • Groups may want to book a table, and businesses may want to book for their staff. Or, you may want to give gift to someone, or yourself.
  • We have included a ticket booking form for your convenience. Your ticket purchase also helps to raise funds for the Museum, which is a registered Canadian Charity. A charitable tax deductible receipt is issued with each dinner ticket.
