Special Events
The Christmas
Gala Dinner and Gala Brunch - Royal Alexandra Hall
- This
annual event is held in the Royal Alexandra Hall on the last weekend
of November each year - as a start to the Christmas Season, and as a
start to the Christmas Season - and as the Museum's main annual fund-raising
event.
- Complete
tables of 4 and 8 for special groups, families or businesses are available
at 'corporate rates', and are detailed on the ticket order former.
- The
multi-course gourmet dinner is held both Friday and Saturday evenings,
and includes a pre-dinner "Champagne Reception" starting at
5:30 pm in the Reception Hall and Palm Court. This is followed by a
multi-course dinner in the Royal Alexandra Hall, accompanied by various
wines, and professional entertainment between the courses. The evening
ends in the Reception Hall and Palm Court with an after-dinner reception,
tea, coffee, liqueurs, and fruit/cheese platters.
- The extensive
brunch is also held in the Royal Alexandra Hall starting at 11am
on the Sunday morning.
- In
2007, the Dinner will be held Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December
1. The Brunch will be held Sunday December 2.
